Native Workforce Partners invites Native youth in New Mexico (and Ysleta Del Sur) to a one-day convening focused on connection, leadership and career, and envisioning your future. This convening is designed to uplift your voice, celebrate your strengths, and support your journey into meaningful work—rooted in culture, purpose, and possibility.

Join other Native youth from across New Mexico for a powerful day of:

• Interactive workshops and engaging speakers

• Storytelling and leadership reflections from your peers

• Exposure to career paths in trades, creative economies, healthcare, tech, and more

• Opportunities for wellness and self-care

• Support improving communication, resume writing, and other employability skills

• A platform to share your ideas for the future of Native workforce development

Whether you just completed a summer job or internship, led a youth program, or are exploring what comes next, this event is for you.

Who Should Attend:

Native youth ages 14–24 from New Mexico or Ysleta del Sur Pueblo in Texas.

Youth who have recently participated in employment, internship, or leadership experiences.

Adult chaperones accompanying youth.
