This Fifth Sunday after Pentecost we'll begin a 4-part worship series entitled "Moving Forward". This first Sunday of the series, through the lens of Romans 12:1-8 we'll explore the call of the church to be "in Service". The apostle Paul writes to the church in Rome that within the church there are many members, each with different gifts to serve together as one body in Christ. If all Christ-followers are called to serve as part of the whole, what is your role in service? How might you discover or put into service your spiritual gifts and passions for the common good? What gifts of service do you recognize in others? How might we encourage one another in recognizing our spiritual gifts to then discern ways of putting them in service alongside each other for the fullness of the ministry to which Christ calls the church? All are invited to join together in worship this Sunday as we explore these and other questions.
Please be sure to check in with the Greeter at the Welcome Table. A supervised children's Prayground area is available with activities for the children that enables parents to worship in another area of the room.
