Eva Torrez, a native-born New Mexican and celebrated recording artist, is known for her deep dedication to traditional Hispanic and Latin music, while also exploring genres like Country Western, Blues, Rock & Roll, Oldies, and Standards. A true musical chameleon, Eva captivates audiences with passion and grace, whether you're on the dance floor or simply soaking in the sound.
Backing her is De Luz, a group of veteran musicians and legends in their own right—featuring former members of iconic New Mexico bands Zozobra and Brazada. Together, they create a sound that’s as authentic as it is lively, blending groove, tradition, and unmatched artistry.
Eva’s legacy includes headlining major venues like the KiMo Theatre, Lensic Theater, and National Hispanic Cultural Center, as well as being inducted into the New Mexico Music Hall of Fame in 2023 for her lifelong contribution to regional music and culture.
