Biography
Andrea practiced conscious connected breath work since 2007. Breathwork helped her ease the grieving process after her husband’s unexpected passing. She was able to heal and move forward.After experiencing deep emotional and family clearing through breathwork, she was guided to become certified as a Conscious Breathwork Facilitator through Zach Rehder in Sedona, AZ in 2022. She studied Liberation Breathing under Sondra Ray, who together with Leonard Orr, brought Rebirthing to the U.S. in the 70’s.
She leads group breath work classes in Albuquerque and loves working with clients on individual issues, such as stress and anxiety, birth trauma, negative thoughts, parental disapproval, relationships and more.An eternal student, she enjoys studying new and different approaches to breath work. Andrea believes breathwork can support and work together with other healing modalities. Best of all, the Breath is completely natural!
