About the event

South Africa's sixth Women-Only Martial Arts Seminar
This multi-discipline martial arts seminar will show case various types of martial arts under expert tuition by our top female instructors and is open to all female martial arts practitioners 15 yrs and older. Non-Martial artists are also welcome to attend. Our goal is to enrich our ladies by sharing knowledge between styles and disciplines and to encourage 'newbies' to join. We can all learn from each other and we can all offer something unique.
