Winter Plunge
Join us on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30am at Middleton Beach for an early-morning reset. It’s quick, it’s invigorating, and it’s the perfect way to start your day (and month) on a bold note.

Wear whatever you like - wetsuit, swimmers, or just go knee-deep. No judgement, just a bunch of like-minded adventuresses chasing that cold water buzz 🌊✨

📍 Meet next to the Surf Club - near the gazebo on the Toilets side. There will be a little triangular corflute sign.
