Try Curling 18 +

The Albany Curling Club is excited to once again be hosting Try Curling sessions February 21st and 28th! If you've watched the Olympics or ever been interested in curling, here's your chance to come and check it out. You will learn ice safety, basic rules, stone delivery, sweeping technique, and scoring in this 1-hour session and the you'll even get to play a couple of ends! This event is open to adults 18 and over, so sign-up as a single, or bring a group of friends to learn all about this very fun and social sport! ACC is a two-sheet curling club, so to maximize your experience we will be limiting the number of people per time slot to sixteen with eight people/sheet. The event is $20 per person (non-refundable) and advance registration through this site is required. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Make sure to bring clean sneakers and dress in comfortable layers (no jeans) that you can move in! All other equipment and instruction will be provided. Locker rooms will be available.
