Supervising for Success

We are excited to announce a new, no cost training opportunity for up and coming leaders! Thanks to a grant from Willamette Workforce Partnership we are offering "Supervising for Success".

This two-day course is structured to facilitate hands-on learning with minimal desk time. Participants will practice and implement essential skills related to:

Creating Positive Team Impact
Engaging Communication Skills
Developing and Delivering Clear Instructions
Situational Leadership Techniques
Giving and Receiving Constructive Feedback
Navigating Different Personalities
Time Management Strategies
Enhancing Productivity

The course is free to individuals (current workers as well as job seekers) who live in Linn, Benton, Marion, Polk or Yamhill Counties.
