What to Expect:

I will guide you through a personalized Reiki Seichem and sound healing session, carefully curated to resonate with your unique energy. Feel the gentle waves of healing energy as they wash away stress, tension, and negativity, leaving you refreshed and revitalized. Expect a 15-minute check-in, around 60 minutes of Reiki Seichem+Sound, and 15 minutes of integration after.

What to Bring:
A thicker mat if needed (mine are pretty thin)
Wear cozy clothes
Journal
Water
Crystal's or anything else you use in your sacred spaces
