KIDS - Crafty Sewing Basics

Looking for a fun and creative way for your child to learn sewing?

Join Shelley for Crafty Kids Sewing Classes—perfect for beginners aged 6+! This hands-on class teaches kids the basics of sewing while allowing them to explore their creativity by making fun and practical projects.

Kids will rummage through our scrap bucket to create a crazy patchwork piece, which they can then turn into a:
✔️ Bag
✔️ Cushion
✔️ Pot holder
✔️ Pin cushion
✔️ Wallet, and more!

With guidance from Shelley, kids will learn sewing techniques in a relaxed and supportive environment, discovering the joy of making something by hand!

About the Teacher:
Shelley is a Year 2 teacher with a passion for crafting and working with kids. She loves to crochet, macramé, and sew fun projects, bringing creativity and encouragement to every class.

What to Bring:
A sewing machine (if you have one), or use one of ours
Your water bottle


$35 class fee (includes all fabric for the project).
