This session provides strategic guidance and practical insights for researchers engaging with Horizon Europe funding. It will outline key aspects of partnership development, proposal preparation, and post-award management, and address common misconceptions about the scheme.

Who should attend:
University of Auckland research staff interested in Horizon Europe opportunities.

Session content includes:

• Approaches for presenting and promoting your expertise to potential partners, and support available through Te Puna Tiketike, Research & Innovation Office
• Overview of Horizon Europe consortia, what’s expected at the proposal stage, key timelines, and benefits of participation
• Post-award financial and reporting requirements, and how UoA supports researchers across the project lifecycle.

The main presentation will run from 10:00–11:00 am, followed by informal networking with tea and coffee provided.
