Come Down to Tao academy in Littlehampton and practice your skills.
Have a roll grapple Spar or pad work.
£5 per session.
1pm -3pm. BJJ No Gi
3:30 -5.30pm Kickboxing
6pm - 8pm Muay Thai
8pm -9pm Boxing
