A Heart Coherence Soundbath 3-6-9 uses instruments tuned to specific frequencies, such as crystal singing bowls or tuning forks, to create vibrations that resonate with the body's energy field and chakras. The goal is to induce a state of deep relaxation that facilitates both the physical benefits of heart coherence and the energetic/spiritual benefits attributed to the 3-6-9 frequencies, such as emotional balance and mental healing.

Please bring yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and anything you need to be comfortable lying on the ground for 30 to 45 minutes.
Please be hydrated

This is a sliding scale event with no minimum.
