Come learn about the healing and spiritual powers of Elder. We’ll spend time meditating and communing with the Elder bushes living at the farm, talk about the medicinal properties of Elderberries and Elderflower and also tap into a bit of the spiritual/mythical history associated with this beautiful plant ally. There will be opportunities to try Elderberry tea and, depending upon where the bushes are in their cycle, opportunities to harvest some Elderberries to take home.
