Taking Your Photography to a Higher Perspective with Camera Drones, is our first program, presented by Roen Hogg. Roen is an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot with a background in software engineering, project management, and local government. He brings this diverse skill set to his "Oregon Drone Adventures" YouTube channel, capturing the beauty and history of Oregon from a unique vantage point.

Whether you are a landscape, wildlife, or architectural photographer, drone technology can elevate your work, literally and figuratively. In this session, we'll discuss how the average experienced photographer can integrate drones into their workflow and maximize their creative potential.

Our second segment, Photography with a Purpose, will be with one of our newer members, Stephanie Hazen. Over the years she has been taking photos to tell a story. From trips down rivers, to how to garden for butterflies, or how to tell native bees apart, she has been documenting the natural world with the hope of inspiring others to care about the world around us.

She sells greeting cards and also gives them away, participates annually at the Westminster Art Festival in Salem, and decorates her house with her photos.
