Change Empowerment Lab: Session 1 — Alignment First

Designed with project leaders in mind, this hands‑on workshop strengthens project outcomes by building the engagement needed to uphold change. Leaders will learn how to clearly communicate the “why” behind change, understand stakeholder needs, and create momentum that lasts throughout the project lifecycle. This session provides practical, reusable resources that improve cross‑functional alignment, reduce resistance, and increase adoption.

Together we will:

• Identify key stakeholder groups

• Map likely concerns and motivations

• Outline engagement strategies that foster genuine ownership

• Prepare for and manage early resistance

At the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a personalized Stakeholder Engagement & Resistance Planning Toolkit.
