Discover the vibrant, flowing world of alcohol inks while learning how to create striking birch tree compositions on Yupo paper. In this dynamic workshop, you’ll explore masking techniques and alcohol ink applications with guidance from instructor Kris Woodward. Kris will provide all the alcohol inks and a 5x7 sheet of Yupo to get you started. You’ll begin by applying masking fluid to outline your birch trees, then dive into the colorful, expressive magic of alcohol inks. Whether you’re new to these materials or looking to expand your creative toolbox, this workshop offers a fun and accessible introduction with beautiful results. Please note: Supplies are not included in the cost of the workshop.
No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and creativity. Space is limited, so don’t wait to sign up.
Please note that our classes are typically held in the lower level of Arlene's. Because access to the lower level is available only by stair, please let us know if using the stairs presents any difficulty for you in advance of the class so we can make alternate arrangements. We want to make sure everyone is able to enjoy and participate in our classes.
