Join us for an aerial yoga workshop designed to melt away tension, improve mobility, and help your body bounce back stronger. Using the hammock low to the ground, we’ll explore deep stretches, long holds, and gentle inversions to release tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine.

No aerial experience needed — the hammock will fully support you so you can let go and restore. Perfect for runners, lifters, aerialists, and anyone needing a post-training reset.
