Acro Flow Series

March 6 - April 3

This class will take place over 5 weeks where we will learn partner poses that can be turned into a sequence. By the end of the course we will have a flow or make progress with acro poses. This class is designed for beginners who want to build an acro foundation of fluidity and growth within their practice.
