Sharpen your skills with hands-on training in knife cuts, safety, and care. Master essential techniques like julienne, dice, and chiffonade while learning how to build bold, fresh flavors. Attention will be paid to how to best sharpen, clean and store your knives, too. Cap it all off by creating and enjoying seasonal tacos and plenty of accompaniments!
