Grief is a deeply personal and nonlinear experience, yet it’s something we all encounter in different forms throughout our lives. This presentation explores the grief journey along with misconceptions of grief, while offering compassionate approaches to help individuals navigate their unique healing process. This presentation will be given twice, with the evening session at The Bridge at Alamosa, 3407 Caroll St.
