Workout is open to everyone!! Bring a Friend!

Join us for a fun, effective workout at Kids Kingdom every **Tuesday and Thursday **at **9:00 am**. Drop the kids off at school, or bring them along for a fun time while we workout!

I'll be there at 9:00 am by the Main Parking Lot! Bring your mat, some 3lb+ hand weights and some water.
