Join us on the rooftop at Malaya Botanicals in Alameda, CA for a one-of-kind fusion of strength and sound. "Rhythm & Reform" blends the mindful movement of Pilates, led by certified instructor Marie Ceralvo (Club Pilates), with a live R&B soundtrack spun by DJ jayou.
