Come as You Are: Dreamy Bedtime Sound Bath with Jenn Ekman

Come as you are to this immersive experience where the vibrational energy from various instruments will wash away stress and tension, soothe your nervous system and lead you towards inner peace.

Wear something comfortable (pajamas encouraged!), bring an eye mask and allow Jenn to transport you to somewhere else using the healing sounds of Crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum, monochord, harmonium, voice and more.

This is appropriate for all humans and no physical, mental, or social exertion is necessary. Just bring yourself and an open mind, heart and soul.

About Your Instructor, Jennifer Ekman:

Jenn Ekman is a 200hr certified yoga teacher and Level I/II Reiki practitioner. She is a mom of 4 (2 are fur babies), wife, lover of travel, food and learning, vocalist who sings with two a cappella groups and so much more than that! She found yoga at a time in life when she needed extra support, which has led her focus in teaching to be "learning the tools on the mat that you can use off the mat in your daily life". Sound healing is a true passion of hers and she is constantly adding new instruments to her collection. Each instrument is infused with Reiki to deepen the healing qualities of sound, releasing blockages and guiding you home to your true Self. She is grateful for the opportunity to hold healing space for others.
