Online TRE / tension-trauma release

TRE® is a process that opens up the psoas muscle, creates neurogenic tremors, allows for myofascial release and somatic unwinding. This helps to reduce our reactive states of freeze, flight, fight, dissociation, and overwhelm. We move from feeling stuck, stressed, and tense to more wholeness.

Limited to 8 participants for a focused group process and individual feedback.
