Hello lovely ladies! Hope the holidays were divine and you got lots of down time! Haha, who are we kidding? Time to get back at our self care and wellness goals! We have so many people here that live a wellness journey and focus on wellness as a career! Please add what you do to this post so we can support each other’s businesses and journeys locally!

It’s also time to schedule our next meet up! Copper Train on Friday, January 16th, 8:30! We will focus on a schedule for guest speakers and utilizing our skill sets to help each other learn and grow in our crafts.
