This course will cover the key considerations for utilizing stage tanks to increase your penetration distance and bottom times during cave dives. We will delve into the practical aspects of setting up your stage tanks, including proper marking, rigging techniques, and regulator choices.

We will explore various gas planning strategies and the established protocols and procedures for safely dropping, picking up, and switching tanks underwater. Finally, we will review the emergency procedures and protocols that you learned in your prior overhead environment training to ensure preparedness.
