Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, deeply calming practice appropriate for all levels of experience. This class focuses on releasing muscle tension, reducing stress, and creating a sense of inner peace and balance through supported, restful postures.

Please bring a yoga mat, along with blocks, bolsters or two firm pillows, and a blanket to support your practice.
