Explores the mental, physical, and philosophical aspects of Yoga through a trauma-informed lens. This introduction to Yoga encourages the development of body awareness, confidence, self-esteem, and empowerment. A regular yoga practice can help calm the mind, release physical tension, ease stress, reduce anxiety, and promote feelings of stability and grounding.
