Rage Paint Workshop!

Get messy with us at Creative Fish Studio and release your pent up frustrations through creativity and free flow art in a nonjudgmental space. If you're wanting to paint a pretty picture, this is not the experience for you! This is all about observing our thoughts and embracing transformation. This workshop is all the rage! This workshop hosted by Sydnee Wiland is designed to be a safe space to release pent up emotions in our body such as sadness, rage, anger, frustration, loneliness etc., through the process of free flowing art. If you are looking to paint a pretty picture and/or easily offended by heavy music, this is not the workshop for you. There will be low mood lighting, loud music involving vulgar language and not suitable for children or those sensitive to lights and sounds. Each participant will have their own station and canvas along with unlimited access to any of the paints, tools, and accessories throughout the experience. The workshop will begin with an overview of the guidelines and explanation of the concepts, then slowly move into self healing dance to get the energy flowing and begin painting as the music transitions. The painting portion will last about an hour and twenty minutes and we will close out the workshop by sharing our works of art and thoughts with the group (100% optional).
