Meditative Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in the soothing vibrations of sound. Using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the sound bath creates a symphony of frequencies that promote relaxation and healing.

As you lie comfortably on your mat, the harmonic sounds will envelop you, guiding your mind into a meditative state and your body into deep relaxation.
