Wednesdays from 4:00 - 9:00 pm

Saturdays from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm      

Sunday April 12 from 11:00 - 4:00 pm

I am beyond excited to lead the next teacher training class at Yoga Bliss! Finding yoga was truly a pivotal moment in my life that led to exponential change and growth. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without yoga teacher training, which makes it such an honor to be able to lead the way for a new wave of students to create their own changes for themselves. Now is the time to create their best version of YOU. Build a stronger relationship with yourself and others, and fully immerse yourself in the practice of yoga. I know it’s a big leap, but I promise it is one that is worth taking! Join me in 2026 and take the steps to change your life!
Our program is accessible to all, no matter your preferred style of yoga, whether Gentle or Power Vinyasa, or anything in between. When we practice as a group, you may choose a more rigorous class in the Hot Studio, or a more gentle class in the Ganesha  (non-heated) Studio.
