Glow & Go: Summer Wellness Series is your weekly invitation to step outside, slow down, and reconnect — with nature, with other women, and with yourself. Every Saturday morning in July, we’ll meet at a new scenic location around Akron for an outdoor experience focused on movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation.
No athletic background needed. No pressure. Just good energy, fresh air, and a growing sisterhood.

Dogwood Trail is sweet little 2-mile loop with a steep start, shady woods, wildflowers, and a peaceful ravine—like a mini forest adventure with just the right amount of effort. Perfect for pups, too! 🐾
