Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a practice of mindfully immersing oneself in nature. Thoughtfully crafted invitations aid in awakening the senses and drawing a deeper appreciation for the world around us. This workshop will begin with grounding practices to awaken our senses. Participants will then sit or mindfully move through nature with nature invitations. The practice will conclude with a reciprocity to nature meditation and optional sharing circle and tea ceremondy.
A yoga mat and/or blanket, journal, pen, and water are recommended items to bring.
