Candlelight Yin with Kim Bostwick

This inviting candlelight 90-minute Yin practice stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system by creating space and providing time to hold poses that focus on the lower part of the body (hips, pelvis, lower extremities and spine), where we tend to bury issues and tension. Lingering in Yin poses, the deep connective tissues that support the joints and skeletal system will soften, releasing tension and allowing for the natural healing process of the mind, body and spirit.
