Join us for a free, 60-minute somatic dance journey designed to help you release, reconnect, and transform.
Through guided movement, breath, and embodied awareness, you’ll be invited to soften tension, release and reconnect with your body, and awaken your natural energy in a safe and welcoming space.

• Guided somatic practices to reconnect with your body in a fun playful way
• Movement that supports emotional release and authentic self-expression

• Bring your yoga mat if you have one (if not, let me know and I’ll happily provide one)
• Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
