We’re excited to invite you to an upcoming Health Workshop designed to support your physical and mental wellbeing. This workshop is combinedly organised by Bangladesh Association of Gold Coast (BAGC) and Bangladesh Society Gold Coast (BSGC). This interactive session will cover practical strategies for managing and improving health and staying active tailored for busy professionals like us.

The program schedule is as follows:
🕒 Time: 9 – 10am: Enjoy a delicious light breakfast accompanied by tea and coffee
🕒 Time: 10 – 11:15am: Be inspired by a thought-provoking speech from our esteemed doctors
🕒 Time: 11:15am – 12pm: Participate in a lively Q&A session to connect and engage
