A relaxing 60 minute sound journey, bringing in coherence to your mind and body. Allowing yourself to experience relaxation or meditation with the help of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks. With this help we’ll gently open the pathways that support balance in your life and relationships.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

4-Inch memory foam mattress
Cotton blanket
Standard luxury pillow with fresh pillow case
Bolster

There are yoga mats available upon request
Recommended Personal Comfort Items:

Cards accepted with a $3 processing fee
Doors open at 5:45pm and close at 6:00pm for the event start, yes we are inside the office park of Stevo's Dock & Lift, you're at the right place, please park out front of the brown building 😄
