Sessions recognize the influence of solar activity, the moon cycles, the current astrological influences, and an intention to hold space for support during these powerfully energetic times.
❓What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. The Cosmic Sound Bath may use a combination or all of the following sound tools like tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, a rain stick, a wave drum and more.

Simply Sound strives to bring you the ultimate in relaxation for your sound bath experience. We are pleased to offer you the following as part of your experience:
- One of a kind decor to create a dreamy, ethereal experience
- 4-Inch memory foam mattress
- Cotton blanket
- Standard luxury pillow with fresh pillow case
- Bolster
- There are yoga mats available upon request
Recommended Personal Comfort Items:
- Your own personal blanket/pillow/eye mask
- Ear plugs (for those sensitive to sound)

Cards accepted with a $3 processing fee
Doors open at 5:45pm and close at 6:00pm for the event start, yes we are inside the office park of Stevo's Dock & Lift, you're at the right place, please park out front of the brown building 😄
