About the event
Reconnect with your rhythm and the world around you. This workshop is more than just a dance class; it is an invitation to ground yourself in the elements and celebrate the body you are in.
We begin our journey by connecting as a community, sharing space and intention. From there, we dive into the foundational movements of Belly Dance, drawing inspiration from the natural world:
* Earth: Grounded footwork and hip hits.
* Water: Fluid, snake-like undulations.
* Fire: Sharp, energetic shimmies.
* Air: Ethereal arm movements and breathwork.
* Spirit: Finding your unique expression and inner light.
No experience is needed. This is a sanctuary for every age, shape, size, and ability. We dance to empower one another and cultivate deep self-love through movement. Come exactly as you are, and let’s flow together
