Join Bec Russell for a beautiful practice specifically designed to support, relax and heal your mind, body and soul.
This practice will support you to shift into your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), cultivate tranquility in your mind, and promote relaxation and healing. You will leave the practice feeling more connected, grounded and rejuvenated.
~What to expect~
The practice begins with a centering meditation and gentle breathwork practice.
Together, we will then move through a yin/restorative yoga sequence designed to calm your nervous system and ground your energy.
The practice will close with an extended Savasana (final relaxation).This will be infused with Reiki Healing to amplify the healing effects of this practice.
This will support your body, mind and soul to integrate the shifts that have occurred.
This practice is suitable for all levels.
This practice is aligned with the energy of the Capricorn Full Moon, bringing a grounded energy to the space.

Please bring along your yoga mat and any other props that you own if you wish. There are also props available to loan if you do not own your own props.
