The Show
OWTF 25’ is coming back with a 2 day event this year! July 5th & 6th. Come and check out Western Canada’s Largest Truck Show! Some of the best trucks this side of Canada has to offer. Khaos Diesel Performance & Repairs will be back this year with their dyno! This year we will have categories for dyno awards as well. On top of the show, Pioneer Acres will have many buildings open to the public to check out! Exciting news coming soon for another event!
Location
We are so excited to announce OWTF 2025 is returning to the grounds of Pioneer Acres! Located just outside of Irricana Alberta (35 minutes north-east of Calgary), Pioneer Acres is one of the largest agricultural and industrial history museums in Alberta.
This venue boasts a beautiful large green space between buildings of museums, such as The Truck Museum, Grain Academy, Blacksmith Shop, Crown School, and Historic Long House - just to name a few! These historic buildings provide an amazing back drop for the show trucks and vendors. Most of these displays will be open for participant and spectator exploration during the show.
Vendors
There will be tons of Canadian automotive vendors showcasing their products and services. Vendors will be listed on our website and social media!
Parking
There will be free spectator parking available on site.
Entry fee is $15 per person. Kids 12 and under get in free! $20 for a weekend pass. Cash, credit and debit are accepted payments.

Friday, July 4th, 2025:
Vendor Check in 1:00-4:00pm
Show Truck early check in: 4:00-6:00pm (take advantage of premium placing and parking over night for the event)

Saturday, July 5th, 2025:
Show Truck check in: 8:30-10:30 am
Show starts: 11:00 am
Dyno: Throughout the day
Sunday, July 6th, 2025:
Show Truck check in: 8:30 am
Show starts: 10:00 am
Awards: 2:00 pm
Roll out: 3:00 pm
Food
There will be numerous local food trucks providing great food and non alcoholic beverages all day long. 10+ food trucks!

No stunting (including in the spectator parking lot)No drugs No alcohol

- Out West Truck Fest is not affiliated with any parking lot meets or street takeovers. We do not condone or support these gatherings on public or private property and highly discourage our attendees from participating in such events.
