About the event

South Carolina ‘Below The Lakes’ Field Day
Join us for our annual cotton field day. We will be discussing our newest commercial and experimental NexGen varieties, both B3XF and ThryvOn, as well as current invasive pest and the threats that they pose to cotton.

We’re also excited to welcome Dr. Chase Samples to the upcoming NexGen Field Day! Chase serves as our Market Development Specialist for the Mid South and brings years of experience in cotton agronomics. Before joining Americot, he worked with Mississippi State University’s cotton extension program, where he earned his master’s and PhD. Raised on a cotton farm in North Mississippi, Chase gained hands-on experience early as his father was also a cotton gin owner. He now lives in New Albany, Mississippi with his wife and children. We look forward to having him at the event to share his knowledge and insight.

CCA and pesticide credits will be offered.

We can’t wait to see you on August 28th!
