Ven a celebrar el Vigésimo Segundo Festival Internacional del Mojo Isleño en Salinas del viernes, 18 al domingo, 20 julio de 2025 en el Paseo Ladí en Salinas. Disfruta con toda la familia de esta fiesta musical, gastronómica y artesanal.

El Mojo Isleño, concepto culinario que ya supera los 80 años de creación, es una suculenta receta para pescado, hecha con salsa de tomate, ajo, pimienta en grano, hoja de laurel, pimiento morrón, aceite de oliva, aceitunas y mucha cebolla. Fue en el sector La Playa de Salinas donde se originó alrededor del 1938 el famoso Mojo Isleño en el restaurante costero Ladi’s Place.
