Moonology Insights. Learn about the current energies of the New Moon and how to work with the moon cycle for self-care and manifesting

Intention Setting Meditation and Moon Journaling - working with the energies of this New Moon and the sign it's in will help guide us to set an intention for what we are ready to manifest before we create our intentional candle holders to take home and burn alongside our intention.

Creative Workshop with Eileen of Spiritual Shangri-La - Create Your Pressed Flower Intention Candle Holder to Set Your Dreams on Fire - You wil be guided to create a pressed flower candle holder that resonates with your New Moon intention. It is beautiful to put your intention into a physical form. This candle represents sending your intention out into the ethers to manifest into reality as you light it under each New Moon. (includes all supplies glass candle holder, pressed flowers, paint pens and tealight candle).

Sound Bath Under the Stars Relax back under the moon and stars for a sound journey with the healing sounds and vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, Hapi Drum, Crystl Harp, Gong, Buffalo Drum, and chimes. This is your time to relax, rest and reboot and soak in the healing energy of the sounds and ground and center ourselves along the energy of nature all around us.

Magical Setting Escape from the day to day for an evening self-love retreat at Spiritual Shangri-LA. Soak in the beauty and magic as we move through this peaceful spaces on the property surrounded by nature, with vast views of the mountains, sunset and starlight

• Yoga Mat/Blankets/Pillow - Please not we are outdoors and temperature drops as sun goes down so plan on bringing heavier blankets or sleeping bag works well so you are warm lying down for the Sound Bath.
• Bring your Favorite crystals or sacred pieces to energize in the circle with you. (optional)
• Dress comfy and wear layers - Depending on weather we suggest dress nice and warm with layers, jacket or hoody, mittens, beanie (optional) We do have a couple propane heaters and we will light the fire but do yourself a favor and plan ahead.
