Rest & Reconnection is a trauma-informed, nature-based retreat designed to soothe the nervous system and gently restore your connection to self, others, and the natural world. Through the calm, intuitive presence of horses, the healing resonance of sound bath meditation, and the safety of a guided listening circle, you'll be invited into stillness, awareness, and deep healing.

Blending equine-assisted learning with somatic mindfulness and creative reflection, this peaceful outdoor experience offers space to explore co-regulation with horses, embodied presence, and the quiet power of shared space. It’s ideal for anyone seeking a restorative pause—whether from burnout, grief, life transitions, or the everyday noise of modern life.

No horse or meditation experience is needed. Just bring your breath, your body, and a willingness to be gently held—in sound, in silence, and in community.
