Supper Series with Polyface Farms

Throughout this series, we are partnering with food producers and chefs from a variety of backgrounds and influences to showcase their unique culinary and beverage achievements. For our third annual Supper Series, we are highlighting local and regional foodways and food producers, the people on the ground who bring food to the table. June invites Polyface Farms to Veritas, where we welcome Daniel Salatin to share his family's story of how they restored and revitalized their family farm through innovation and bio-friendly practices. The farm produces pork, beef, chicken, turkey, egg, dairy, and more. Learn how they're healing the land one bite at a time by joining us on June 13th.

Price: $100, including wine pairings and service, taxes and fees not included.
