Supper Series with Jean-Paul Bourgeois

In August, the Veritas Supper Series welcomes back Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois for the third consecutive year, featuring Rome in the South. This menu blends vibrant Italian flavors with our favorite Southern foods, featuring dishes like wine-brined fried chicken, peach and burrata panzanella, and pistachio-buttermilk semifreddo. Guests are sure to experience a culinary event of the most excellent caliber. Don't miss out and buy your tickets early!
