Words & Herbs

In the spirit of rebirth, enhance your self-care and wellness this spring with Words & Herbs, a special half-day retreat designed for attendees to reawaken after a long winter, while connecting with community and nature.

Hosted by Project Write Now in collaboration with MotMot Collective, the day is spent in a cozy yurt at Calgo Gardens, where we kick off with a grounding meditation, some journaling and intention-setting, before moving into an herbal tea meditation, immediately followed by lunch.

The registration price includes a delicious and nutritious lunch catered by Tulip Tree Café, where we enjoy the meal. Registrants have an opportunity to select from their menu options.

Following lunch, we take a silent meditation walk through the gardens, where we notice and identify the first plants of spring emerging before returning to the yurt for some group writing, crafting, and sharing before we depart. We look forward to carving out some time to honor the unfurling of spring together!
