Buddha House are privileged to welcome Geshe Thubten Sherab, a Buddhist scholar-practitioner with decades of experience (and who speaks excellent English). In mid-April this year, Geshe Sherab will present profound yet practical teachings designed to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity and compassion.
Geshe Sherab has been a student of world-renowned FPMT founders Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche since childhood. He held the position of headmaster and acting abbot at Kopan monastery, and alternates between being the resident Geshe at Thubten Norbu Ling in Santa Fe and teaching around the world.
In 2026, Geshe Sherab's visit will include a weekend workshop on bodhicitta (11-12 April) and a public talk on Monday 13th April.
